The Building API provides a read/write interface to all devices in the building independent of the specific Building Management System installed in the building. Our Building API is part of our orchestration system that connects disparate services that are essential to optimize the building system.
Our initial implementation interfaces with Honeywell Tridium’s Niagara Framework, a building management system that boasts 1.5M installations. We have demonstrated connectivity with Omniverse, the most advanced 3D system thus providing true spatial digital twin functionality, and Google Calender to provide climate control scheduling.
